Daniel Spira is a Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
The firm is headed by Daniel Spira CPA & CRMA, who has gained decades of professional experience and know-how through his activities and specialization in the field.
Daniel Spira is a member of the Israel Institute of Internal Accountants in Israel, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Israel, Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Auditing Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Israel (IIA) and Chairman of the Relations Committee with the Knesset in Israel.
Daniel Spira also serves as an Internal Auditor for dozens of public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and Stock Markets in Europe and the US (such as AIM and NASDAQ).

Ofir Spira is an MBA graduate from Arison School of Business at Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.
Ofir is a C.P.A (Isr.) since 2011 and an Advocate since 2013.
Ofir is the manager of the Audit Unit and the Unit of Effective and Disclosure Controls over Financial Reports at Public companies and managing the relations with the regulator, e.g. the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
As of 2018, Ofir is a certified inspector on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor.
